 LET'S WORK TOGETHER

Immigrant women are a huge asset to Canada. When women and immigrants prosper, we all prosper.  I offer coaching and consulting services to individuals and organizations.

I work with ambitious, high-performing women to help them grow and achieve their boldest professional goals.
I offer coaching and leadership training to dream the impossible and take the possible steps to achieve their dreams.

I work with Corporate Canada by providing targeted leadership training for their immigrant, refugee, and first-generation women managers and senior managers to become the next executives. Our collaboration results in companies better managing their succession planning and strengthening their leadership bench to achieve their leadership equity and ESG goals.

Speaker and Panelist

As a keynote speaker, guest speaker, or panelist, Najah's perspective on leadership, women's equity, and immigration issues balances ambition, grit, and practicality. Aiming for a more prosperous and equitable society requires us to celebrate the achievements that societies across the globe have achieved in equity and advancing women and human rights, while at the same time acknowledging where we are now and the gap that still exists.

Perspective is everything. Najah offers a fresh perspective inspired by an abundance mentality and determination to make our ancestors and kids proud.

Leadership Training For Managers and Senior Managers

Leadership Pipeline Accelerator

Al-Atassi Consulting works with organizations where leadership pipelines stall at the manager and senior manager levels for women — particularly immigrant and first-generation professionals — and other equity-deserving groups. Our work focuses on closing visibility, sponsorship, and readiness gaps so that promotion systems are inclusive of all talents and reduce the loss of high-potential women, Black, Indigenous, and other visible minority groups at the manager and senior manager levels.

Individual Services

The Peaks Program

We offer the Peaks program for future women leaders, international students, and immigrants beginning their careers and lives in Canada. Najah, a proud immigrant who arrived in Canada in her early twenties, built a rewarding career rooted in her values of aiming high, courage, and kindness. (Special rates are available to individuals.)

 Workshop Facilitation

To learn about a culture's level of advancement and innovation (in an industry, community, or organization), you need to learn about the role and value this culture places on women. We offer engaging learning experiences that centre women's voices (especially immigrant, refugee, and first-generation women). The workshops are designed to promote innovation and an accountable environment for all.

I respectively acknowledge that I live and work within the area of the Treaty #7. This includes the traditional territories of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Piikani, and Kainai), the Tsuut'ina Nation, and the Iyarhe Nakoda Nations (Chiniki, Bearspaw, and Goodstoney). This place is also known as part of the Northwest Metis Homeland, Metis Nation of Alberta, District 6.
