Established in 2023 by Najah Al-Atassi and headquartered in Calgary, Alberta.
Al-Atassi Consulting and its Peaks Program is a woman-owned boutique consultancy focused on advocating and empowering immigrant, refugee, and first-generation women leaders and future leaders to build strategies for their careers where the sky is the limit.
​Through the Peaks Program, immigrant, refugee, and first-generation women develop their skills to showcase the underestimated advantages and economic opportunities, such as higher productivity and better ESG scores, that they bring to organizations.

Immigrants, refugees, and first-generation women are resilient workers determined to show the value they bring to an organization. They are hungry to contribute, grow, and be seen. The Peaks Program helps them build the roadmap and the courage to infuse this vision into practice.

The 6-Week Program
