Najah Al Atassi
Thought Leadership

AWE30
Al-atassi Consulting was recognized among the 30 exceptional Alberta women entrepreneurs who are actively redefining success.
AWE30 isn't just another award that collects dust on a shelf or bragging rights — it's a movement to shine a spotlight on the diverse, impactful, and often unheralded ways women are making a difference in their communities, industries, and our economy.
We are so honored for this recognition

Feminist Fantasy League
"In a time when complex change surrounds us — and hope feels out of reach — this project offers a space to reimagine bold new futures." This project is made possible thanks to a grant from Calgary Arts Development awarded to Gayathri Shukla, lead author and workshop facilitator.
Books have always been Najah's best friends. Najah is thrilled to be part of this anthology of short stories featuring women and gender-diverse individuals.

Accelerate Her Future -Mentor
Najah was selected as a Mentor with @accelerateherfuture ’s Fellowship Circle Winter 2026 program! AHF’s Fellowship is a highly curated and tailored 10-week mentorship and career readiness program designed by and for self-identifying Indigenous, Black, and women of colour students and recent grads pursuing careers in business and STEM. Najah was thrilled to be a mentor because she believes in the power of sharing knowledge, aiming high, and being part of a supportive community.

What is Leadership?
My Leadership philosophy is dream it, believe it, and execute it. Every ten years, what once seemed like a summit should feel like a valley, as you have already reached your next summit. Dream the impossible and take the possible steps to achieve your dreams .
I am hopeful that by 2035, we will see more women, more immigrants, and more immigrant women leading, and that we might succeed in restoring consciousness to capitalism.
